Thank you for supporting BellaPure Tallows, LLC. We take pride in handcrafting each product with care using nature’s purest ingredients. Because our products are made in small batches and designed for personal care, please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We do not offer refunds due to personal preferences such as:
We do our best to describe scents accurately based on the fragrance and essential oils used, and on the manufacturers’ notes. As our products are handmade, designs may vary slightly from batch to batch.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please do the following immediately:
We will file a claim on your behalf but require your photo evidence to process the claim with the carrier. We will do our best to make things right.

We are a small business, and while we genuinely want every customer to receive their order, we cannot reimburse for packages marked as delivered. We appreciate your understanding and will assist in filing carrier claims to the best of our ability.
